When
you first meet Kathy O'Donnell, you might not realize what a determined
individual she is. She's warm-hearted, friendly and is able to make an
instant connection with just about everyone she meets. Yet, the more
you get to know Kathy, the more you'll see just how far her loyalty and
dedication to others go. Quite simply, when she commits herself to
something, you can count on her to give everything she has to create
positive results and make a lasting impact.
IT ALL ADDS UP TO SUCCESS
Kathy's tenacity served her well in her tenure as an accountant for the
Charming Shoppers retail corporation. In her eight years with the
company, they grew from 188 stores to 1,100. A graduate of Temple
University, she was the first female Staff Accountant and quickly
worked her way up the ladder to one of the key positions in the
organization. "As my responsibilities grew, it made me more determined
to perform at a high level," says. "It's just the way I've always been."
Kathy
was born and raised here in Bucks County and takes pride in being a
part of this community. She loves the close proximity to New York,
Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore and the mountains. And whether it's with
family and friends or just the two of them, Kathy and her husband
Dominic enjoy making the most of life in this area. One of Kathy's
other biggest passions is golf. She took up the sport a few years ago
and, true to her tenacious nature, invested a lot of time to learn the
game and improve her skills. She now plays in a women's league with a
group of friends that meets every Wednesday evening for a 9-hole round
of twilight golf.
